Refund Policy Pertaining to all Local Number Sales

At our sole discretion, if you are unable to port your number due to a rate center issue, we will make accommodations by exchanging the number for another Number of equal or lesser value, and the Number will be serviceable within your specified rate center. If you have already ported-out the Number to your account, you must immediately return the Number before any exchange can take place otherwise you are responsible for payment of Funds.All other Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Refund Policy Pertaining to all Local and Toll-Free Licensing

As per the Standard Terms & Conditions in the Agreement, all cancellations must be made in advance and in accordance with the agreed upon Term of your Agreement.
